At Sun Bella, we want your order to arrive safe and sound – which is why we offer optional Shipping Insurance at checkout. It’s a small cost for extra peace of mind, covering a range of delivery issues that are outside your control.

✔️ What’s covered?

1. Lost in transit
If your parcel goes missing during delivery with Australia Post, contact us within 30 days of your order. We’ll open an investigation with the courier and, if confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement (if available) or issue a store credit.

2. Delivered to the wrong address (not your fault)
If your tracking shows "delivered" with a signature but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. We’ll launch an investigation. If the item can’t be recovered and was delivered incorrectly, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of your order.

3. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos of the parcel and its contents. If the damage was caused during transit, we’ll issue a store credit for your order value.


🛒 How to add (or remove) Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance can be added to your cart at checkout – simply check it if you’d prefer to include it. Just keep in mind that declining insurance means your order won’t be covered for loss, damage, or incorrect delivery.
