How do I know if a product is a final sale item?
The product will be marked FINAL SALE, SECONDS or CLEARANCE - you will see this on your Order Confirmation email, in the product name. Items marked as such are final sale – we can’t accept returns for change of mind.
Why isn't my discount code working?
During sales, our prices are already reduced, so discount codes can’t be combined. As noted in our sale terms, sale prices are as marked and can't be used alongside other offers. This helps us keep things fair and offer great deals to everyone.
