If you’ve spotted an error in your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with the subject line "URGENT – ADDRESS CHANGE" and include:
Your order number
The correct shipping address
We’ll do everything we can to update your details before your order is dispatched – but please note, once your parcel has left our warehouse, we’re unable to make changes. Orders placed before 11am WST are usually dispatched on the same day.
If your order has already been sent, you may be able to request a redirect directly through Australia Post using your tracking number.
