Can I change/cancel my order?Updated 21 days ago
Our small but mighty team is quick when it comes to packing and sending your orders – which means there’s only a short window to make any changes once an order has been placed. Orders placed before 11am WST are usually dispatched on the same day.
If you need to request a change, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with the subject line "URGENT", and include:
Your order number
A clear description of the change you'd like to make
We’ll do everything we can to catch your order before it leaves our warehouse – but we can’t make any guarantees once packing has begun.
Please Note:
Changes or cancellations can’t be made during sales, promotions, or peak periods.
If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes.
If we are able to cancel your order, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Store credits will be available for use straight away.
