Can I change/cancel my order?Updated 21 days ago

Our small but mighty team is quick when it comes to packing and sending your orders – which means there’s only a short window to make any changes once an order has been placed. Orders placed before 11am WST are usually dispatched on the same day.

If you need to request a change, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with the subject line "URGENT", and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the change you'd like to make

We’ll do everything we can to catch your order before it leaves our warehouse – but we can’t make any guarantees once packing has begun.


Please Note:

  • Changes or cancellations can’t be made during sales, promotions, or peak periods.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes.

  • If we are able to cancel your order, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Store credits will be available for use straight away.
