I forgot to apply my discount code, can you help?Updated 21 days ago

If you forgot to enter your discount code at checkout, we’re happy to help apply it manually (as long as it’s still valid).

Just email our lovely customer care team at [email protected] with the subject line "APPLY DISCOUNT CODE" and include:

• Your order number

• The discount code you meant to use

We’ll process the refund for the discount amount back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

• We can only apply codes that were valid at the time of your purchase

• Discount codes can’t be applied to sale or promotional items, as prices are already marked down
