Faulty Items
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order by emailing [email protected].

Clear photos showing the fault
Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible. If the same item is no longer available, you're welcome to select an alternative item of equal value (based on the original purchase price). If we can’t offer a suitable replacement, we’ll provide a refund for the item.
