Check your tracking number – You’ll find this in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times can vary, especially during peak periods or in remote areas.
Confirm your delivery address – Refer to your order confirmation email to ensure the address entered at checkout is correct.
Look for an attempted delivery card – If the tracking shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, it may be waiting at your local post office for collection.
Check safe drop locations – Couriers often leave parcels in discreet places like behind a pot plant, bin, or inside a porch or garage. It’s also worth asking housemates, neighbours, or building reception if they’ve taken delivery on your behalf.
Apartment or shared space? – Your parcel might be at the building’s foyer, mailbox area, or with your building manager.
