There could be a couple of reasons your discount code isn’t applying:

• Minimum spend not met: Some discount codes have a minimum spend requirement. As a small business, it's not always feasible for us to offer discounts on smaller orders – though we truly wish we could!

• Sale or promotional pricing: During sales, our prices are already reduced, so discount codes can’t be combined. As noted in our sale terms, sale prices are as marked and can't be used alongside other offers. This helps us keep things fair and offer great deals to everyone.

To use your discount code:

1. Go to the Checkout page

2. Enter your code in the Discount Code box

3. The discount will be applied automatically if all conditions are met
